**Job Title: HVAC/R Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of equipment including package units, ice machines, chillers, and split systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment including refrigeration systems, chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems. + Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation. + Service and repair ice machines and other refrigeration equipment. + Respond to service calls and perform repairs within a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. + Document all work performed and communicate with the customer regarding the HVAC problem within 2 hours of the service call. **Essential Skills** + Experience in HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting and repair. + Proficiency in servicing package units, roof top units, split systems, and chillers. + Ability to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems. + EPA 608 Universal certification. + Possess own hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. + Strong knowledge of refrigeration equipment and systems. + Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive pay rate and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
