**Job Title: Refrigeration Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking high-level Refrigeration Service Technicians with at least 5 years of commercial experience to provide top-tier support for Refrigeration and HVAC products. This position requires strong technical knowledge in HVAC and Refrigeration Systems, along with excellent customer service skills. **Responsibilities** + Support field service technicians and monitor field products to ensure they are working without faults. + Perform proactive and preventative maintenance to identify and troubleshoot present issues. + Travel to customer sites as needed (40-60% of the time) across the United States. Travel, lodging, and per diem will be covered. **Essential Skills** + At least 5 years of commercial experience in HVAC and Refrigeration. + Technical knowledge in HVAC and Refrigeration Systems. + Excellent customer service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with chillers and boilers. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams. + Troubleshooting control panels and electronic controllers (PLCs, thermostats, control circuits). + EPA Certification. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, along with per diem for travel.
