This position specializes in HVAC/R maintenance and/or repair. Additional responsibilities include maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment in an assigned group of SEI FZ and Corporate stores within a geographic area. Required to have a minimum of 75% proficiency of all lines of service, currently serviced within the IHM program (ex. GM, Hott Food, Cold Bev, Frozen Bev, Kitchen equip, Fuel, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC/r, etc).
This position will take on a leadership role over all assigned HRT Maintenance Tech I and Tech II roles. This will include but not limited to technician training and processes, Inventory management, workorder and part management, customer service expectations, Call priority/routing management, and company vehicle management. The Maintenance Tech III role will evaluate training processes quarterly, provide necessary feedback identifying opportunities for continuous improvements, and assist with the creation of future IHM training programs.
