SUBSTITUTIONS: Training in the installation, operation or maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems will substitute for the two years of required experience on a month for month basis. NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: As of November 14, 1994, employees must possess the appropriate EPA refrigerant recycling and recovery certification for technicians (as required under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act, 1990).
