With a new contract commencing in early 2025, we currently have a role available for a HVAC Technician to join the Spotless team. Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will be responsible for performing reactive and preventative maintenance services, with a focus on maintenance and general repairs to the buildings, and their fixed plant and equipment.

 

What you’ll do 

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below: 

Undertaking building inspections and general repairs of all refrigeration services Prioritize and manage workloads to complete tasks efficiently within required deadlines  Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members and respond effectively to customer needs.

 

What you’ll bring 

Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Refrigerant Handling Licence Arctic Licence Restricted electrical work license Experience post-trade within a commercial or industrial maintenance environment with a high level of technical knowledge in Chillers, Large plant, and controls experience  High-level knowledge of industry best practices and standards and willingness to take on client-facing responsibilities. Valid driver’s license with no restrictions  Current First AID, CPR & LVR
