The Regional Project Manager is a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects within our Mid-Atlantic Region to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame and within funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors.

What you will do:

Plans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters. Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Coordinates project activities regarding government regulatory or other governmental agencies such as required project permitting. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required. Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction, along with maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Project Management experience Commercial HVAC industry experience

Nice to Have:

Professional Project Management Certifications Experience with mission critical facilities Professional Engineering License
