HVAC Sales Manager

Power-Flo Technologies HVAC division is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and oversee our HVAC vertical in NY and NJ. Responsibilities will include but shall not be limited to driving sales of HVAC products and projects, growth of sales via outside sales recruitment, development and retention of top-line distributors and key accounts, and key Account relationship management Additional responsibilities shall be – identifying sales opportunities, leveraging existing client relationships to sell entire product offering, develop proactive go to market strategy, and streamline quoting projects.
HVAC Sales Manager Responsibilities (included but not limited to the following):
+ Manage daily operations and plan effective utilization of available resources including talent
+ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, and project sales
+ Lead and manage a team of employees providing training, guidance, and support while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
+ Facilitate communication between team members and upper management
+ Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness
+ Encourage innovation and process improvement within the department
+ Communicate organizational goals, policies, and changes to the team
+ Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
+ Provide the best class service to clients and lead team with an effective go to market strategy
HVAC Sales Manager Necessary Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of HVAC sales experience
+ Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats
+ Strong customer service orientation
+ High school diploma or equivalent, as determined by the company
+ Must have a valid and clean driver's license to travel to vendors and customers
+ Must be able to lean out Windows based and out text command-based ERP System
+ Must be committed to learning our business and keep up to date on industry developments
+ Must be self-motivated and sales driven individual.
+ Experienced being responsible for maintaining and exceeding quota’s/sales goals
+ 40+ Hours a week.
+ Work out of New Hyde Park Office with travel to NJ once a month.
Pay & Benefits:
+ Wage Commensurate with experience ($75,000-$100,000 annually)
