**Job Title: HVAC Service Project Manager**
**Location: St. Paul, Minnesota**
**Pay: $90,000 - $140,000 plus lucrative bonus program**
**DIRECT HIRE/FULL TIME**
**Primary Job Function:**
The HVAC Service Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of designing, planning, estimating, proposing, selling, coordinating, staffing & executing HVAC service and installation projects. Work would be performed with a wide variety of other professionals including building owners, property managers, developers, architects, engineers and other contractors to ensure a projects success. ?
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Meet with customers to define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the business goals
+ Estimate, propose and sell HVAC service work & projects
+ Manage HVAC service projects and maintenance agreements
+ Purchase needed materials for HVAC service projects
+ Coordinate subcontractors and other vendors for HVAC service projects
+ Assure billings are generated in a timely and accurate manner
+ Address customer questions and create solutions
+ Assist with collectables on assigned service projects
+ Assist others in the department and company as part of the bigger team
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or general education degree with at least 1-3 years previous HVAC experience
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
+ Ability to manage project from development through implementation and completion
+ Knowledge of State and Local codes
+ Proficient PC skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
+ Geographical knowledge of Twin Cities area and map reading skills
