**Job Title: HVAC Service Tech** **Job Description** Candidates will perform HVAC service work primarily for residential customers in and around Oakland County. Occasionally, there will be light commercial service work up to 25 tons. Candidates will receive their own service van and iPad. Typically, they will handle 4-5 calls per day, which may involve fixing and diagnosing AC units, furnaces, ducts, or thermostats. Responsibilities include discussing issues with customers, presenting fixes, educating them on the repairs, and handling payment upon completion of services. Work will be conducted both inside and outside of customer homes while adhering to all safety procedures. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm, with potential for extended hours until jobs are complete. Additionally, there is one on-call day per week, offering double time from home to job site and back. They will drive from site to site in a company vehicle.
