**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as an HVAC Service Technician on the 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Many of our technicians prefer to start early to finish early. You will participate in an on-call rotation approximately five times a year. We offer competitive pay up to $42 per hour. You will work with a variety of equipment including chillers, boilers, splits, exhaust fans, ice machines, walk-ins, reach-ins, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, and rooftop units. You will service properties such as industrial sites, manufacturing facilities, restaurants, retail stores, hotels, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, and higher education institutions. Your responsibilities will include HVAC maintenance and PMs, diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, completing required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device, and operating a company vehicle to complete service calls within a specified territory. **Hard Skills** + 5+ years of HVAC (commercial and/or industrial) service experience + EPA Universal 608 certification + Valid driver's license and insurable + Basic hand tools (multimeter, wrench, screwdriver, pliers, etc.) **Job Type** This is a permanent position. **Work Site** Roving commercial and industrial properties in Columbus, Ohio. **Work Environment** Roving technician servicing the greater Columbus, OH area.
