**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician; Direct Hire Role** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position operates on the 1st shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with many team members opting to start early to finish early. The role involves participating in an on-call rotation approximately five times a year. You will be working with a variety of equipment including chillers, boilers, splits, exhaust fans, ice machines, walk-ins, reach-ins, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, and roof top units across various properties such as industrial sites, manufacturing facilities, restaurants, retail locations, hotels, healthcare institutions, and educational establishments. **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC maintenance and preventive maintenance (PMs). + Service, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC systems. + Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device. + Work independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame. + Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of HVAC (commercial and/or industrial) service experience. + EPA Universal 608 certification. + Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. + Proficiency with basic hand tools such as a multimeter, wrench, screwdriver, and pliers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Journeyman card. + Experience with electrical and mechanical systems. + Proficiency with refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and roof top units. **Why Work Here?** We offer a company vehicle, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, paid holidays and vacation, and a 401(k) plan with multiple investment options.
