**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of two years of experience in performing high-quality residential and commercial HVAC service and installations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Compensation is commensurate with experience, and we offer medical insurance, paid vacation, and sick time after the probationary period. **Responsibilities** + Perform high-quality residential and commercial HVAC service and installations + Troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC systems including oil furnaces, boilers, and AC units + Conduct 3-5 service calls a day + Perform preventive maintenance work and AC tune-ups + Complete work in various locations including beer stores, restaurants, strip malls, daycares, apartment complexes, and townhomes + Be available for extended weekend/evening hours during high-demand periods + Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and neat appearance **Essential Skills** + Minimum two years of HVAC experience + Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report + check + Must own hand tools + Dependable, motivated, and hard-working + Strong communication skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to provide a resume with employment and salary history + Ability to provide references **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, paid vacation, and sick time after the probationary period. The technician will be on-call once every six weeks. Initially, the technician will ride with a manager for training and will be awarded a truck afterward. The work is primarily in Center City, Delaware County, and Montgomery County, covering commercial and residential sites.
