**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** As an HVAC Service Technician and future team leader for our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch service delivery while mentoring the next generation of technicians. You'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, shaping the future of our service team. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems and equipment. + Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. + Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Use HVAC tools and equipment while adhering to safety standards. + Issue 'Lock Out/Tag Out' tags and follow required procedures. + Participate in on-call duty outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Maintain confidentiality on all private, sensitive, and proprietary business issues. + Support the team by phone as needed, 24/7. **Essential Skills** + At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience. + EPA Certification. + High School diploma or GED. + Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. + Exceptional customer service skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. + Solid understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associate's degree or technical certification in HVAC or a related field. + Prior experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service. + Experience with Service Titan. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, IRA match, and paid holidays. You'll work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and weather conditions, at least 70% of the time. Tasks may involve climbing ladders, working from heights, confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
