Pay: $28-35hr DOEShift: 1st shift - 7AM-5PM - Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities:Frequent travel around CO, NE, and some of WY (majority will be day trips)Multi-day project repairs will expense hotelsExpect to have an overnight job once every other monthOversee and perform repairs and modifications on mobile buildings, including HVAC, framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenanceConduct service calls related to HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry Explain repairs and services to customers courteously, both over the phone and in-personMaintain a safe working environment and practice safe working habits, including complying with safety standards on-siteQualifications:3+ years of maintaining HVAC systems experience EPA universal certificationPrevious experience with building maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, etc) Blueprint reading experienceInstallation experienceCustomer service experience
