**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee the service, maintenance, and installation of residential LENNOX HVAC equipment. This role involves servicing tickets and installing new units in a variety of settings. **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC service maintenance and installation on residential LENNOX HVAC equipment. + Handle servicing tickets efficiently and professionally. + Install new HVAC units according to industry standards and safety protocols. + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. + Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment. + Perform duct work, wiring, and general maintenance tasks as needed. + Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Experience with HVAC equipment, including residential HVAC systems. + Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC units. + Knowledge of HVAC installation and mechanical service. + Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints. + EPA Universal certification. + EPA 608 certification. + Experience with refrigeration units, soldering, and brazing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Skill in handling cooling and heating systems. + Familiarity with PVC and other installation materials. + General mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC systems. + Experience with duct work and wiring. **Why Work Here?** We offer a great opportunity to grow within our company and potentially secure a permanent position.
