As an HVAC Service Technician and future team leader for our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch service delivery while mentoring the next generation of technicians. You'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, shaping the future of our service team.
ResponsibilitiesProvide HVAC services, including installation, maintenance, and repair.Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems and equipment.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ensure compliance with HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards.Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.Issue 'Lock Out/Tag Out' tags and follow up with required steps.Support the team by phone as needed 24/7.Maintain confidentiality on all private, sensitive, and proprietary business issues and concerns.Essential SkillsAt least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience.EPA Certification.High School diploma or GED.Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Solid understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Approval to drive by the company's insurance carrier.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree or technical certification in HVAC or a related field.Prior experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service.Experience with Service Titan.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work primarily in the field, including customer sites, with occasional office-based tasks. Work in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variations in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) at least 70% of the time. Climb ladders and steep stairs, and spend the majority of time standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching. May require working in confined spaces or at heights of 15 feet or higher above ground. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items with additional manpower and appropriate devices.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
