**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Weekly PAY)** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-quality residential and commercial HVAC service and installations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a clean, neat appearance. The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle report, and the ability to pass a drug test a. Candidates must own hand tools and be available for extended weekend/evening hours during high-demand periods. **Responsibilities** + Perform high-quality residential and commercial HVAC service and installations. + Install, repair, troubleshoot, and service HVAC systems including oil furnaces, boilers, and AC units. + Handle 3-5 service calls a day. + Provide excellent customer service and communication. + Maintain a clean and neat appearance while on duty. + Work in various settings including beer stores, restaurants, strip malls, daycares, apartment complexes, and townhomes. **Essential Skills** + Minimum two years' experience in HVAC service and installations. + Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report.k. + Ownership of hand tools. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with field service, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. + Ability to work in diverse environments including commercial and residential settings. + Positive attitude, dependability, motivation, and resourcefulness. + Ability to provide references and a resume with employment/salary history. **Work Environment** The work schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with on-call duties once every 6 weeks. The initial training period involves riding with a manager, after which the technician will be awarded a truck.
