**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** Candidates will assist in opening all new locations and then servicing the buildings afterward. Each location takes 16 weeks to become fully operational to the public. The order of tasks includes duct work, refrigeration/walk-in coolers, BAS systems, cabinets, and technology. Once the stores are fully operational, candidates will have the opportunity to join the service side of the business and service any of the systems and technology. **Responsibilities** + Assist in opening new locations within a 16-week timeframe + Perform tasks in the following order: duct work, refrigeration/walk-in coolers, BAS systems, cabinets, and technology + Service systems and technology once stores are operational **Essential Skills** + General labor experience + HVAC knowledge + Installation skills + Proficiency with tape measure + Industrial installation experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + EPA certifications **Why Work Here?** Our Client is experiencing significant growth with projections for continued expansion over the next few years.
