**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing mostly commercial and industrial properties, with some residential work. This role requires experience with boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and residential heating/cooling units. **Responsibilities** + Service and maintain boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and residential heating/cooling units. + Work on commercial and industrial properties, with occasional residential assignments. + Collaborate with technicians and other team members. + Perform preventive maintenance tasks using mechanical hand tools. + Respond to on-call duties as required. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in residential HVAC service. + 3-10 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service. + EPA 608/universal certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with preventive maintenance and mechanical hand tools. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** This is a direct hire position offering competitive pay and benefits.
