**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a variety of projects, with room for growth and professional development. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems. + Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems. + Conduct HVAC refrigeration work, including installation and repair. + Handle boiler and chiller repairs. + Work on central plant HVAC systems. + Read and interpret blueprints for HVAC installations. + Perform piping, threading, brazing, and welding tasks as necessary. **Essential Skills** + HVAC installation and system fitting + Proficient in air conditioning and troubleshooting HVAC units + Experience with central plant HVAC systems + Knowledge in boiler and chiller repairs + Ability to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems + Skillful in refrigeration HVAC, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems + Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation + Experience in piping, threading, brazing, and welding **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 30 certification + SST 10 certification (preferred, not required) + 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair + Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) **Why Work Here?** We offer a top pay rate and opportunities for growth with additional training and exposure to large projects.
