**_HVAC Service Technician_** Ultimate LLC is **immediately hiring HVAC Service Technicians** for commercial projects in the **Mid-Atlantic** area. The pay range is **$25 - $40** per hour based on experience. All **HVAC Service Technicians** are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. **Job Duties** + Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems + Ensure condensation drain line is clear and working properly + Troubleshoot defective systems and make corrections + Identify and correct faulty equipment + Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents and ductwork + Ensure compliance with appliance standards in Health and Safety Act + Troubleshoot/repair gas and oil fired furnaces + Troubleshoot/repair residential and commercial split system AC’s and heat pumps + Troubleshoot/Repair ductless mini splits **HVAC Service Technicians Requirements** + 1+ years of Related Construction experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance + Drug Test Required + Background Check Required + Universal CFC **Benefits** + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + 401k + ???????401k (matching) + Paid Time Off + Company Vehicle with Gas Card + ???????Additional Paid Training
