**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** The technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and refrigeration systems. This role requires traveling throughout the KC Metro area to perform work. Candidates must be skilled in either installations or servicing and be open to performing both depending on the work available. **Responsibilities** + Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. + Perform preventive maintenance, boiler repair, and chiller repair. + Handle air conditioning, duct work, HVAC equipment service and installation. + Troubleshoot commercial and industrial equipment and execute necessary repairs. + Work with electrical systems, HVAC control, sheet metal, PLC control, pneumatics, and hydraulics. + Install rooftop units and refrigeration systems. **Essential Skills** + Proven ability to troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. + Experience with HVAC equipment service and installation. + Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC control, sheet metal, PLC control, pneumatics, and hydraulics. + EPA Universal Certification. + At least 2+ years of experience in the HVAC field. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associates degree in HVAC or a similar field. + Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. + Experience with preventive maintenance and duct work. **Why Work Here?** Our client is one of the largest non-union mechanical and electrical contractors in Missouri, offering high volume and consistent projects.
