What you’ll do:  

Show up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver worldclass service. 

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems to keep customers comfortable. 

Educate customers on system use, maintenance, and energy-saving tips. 

Recommend solutions to enhance system performance and prevent future issues. 

Replace filters, coils, compressors, and controls as needed. 

Use hand tools, gauges, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues. 

Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols. 

Complete detailed service reports for each job. 

What we’re looking for:  

A team player who takes pride in their work. 

A valid driver’s license with a good driving record. 

Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills. 

Ability to read and follow technical instructions. 

Strong communication skills to explain technical info to customers. 

Experience using HVAC tools, diagnostic equipment, and service software. 

HVAC licensure/certifications from an accredited institution. 

Prior HVAC experience is required.
