**Service Tech role available / First Shift and Full Time 😁** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our clients’ residences. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, be able to troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that suit the clients’ needs while adhering to safety regulations. **Responsibilities** + Inspect and service HVAC systems in residential settings. + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. + Perform preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. + Install HVAC systems and components as required. + Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining service options. + Read blueprints to generate plans and specifications. + Negotiate pricing/bids when necessary. + Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. **Essential Skills** + Electrical and mechanical repair skills. + Knowledge and experience in residential HVAC systems. + Ability to read blueprints and generate plans. + Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. + Clean motor vehicle history. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $93600.00/yr.
