Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HVAC refrigeration, chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems. The role requires performing preventative maintenance and ensuring all systems function efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot HVAC units including central plant HVAC systems.Perform HVAC refrigeration and repair tasks.Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.Repair and maintain chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems.Install HVAC systems, including piping, threading, brazing, and air conditioning units.Read and interpret blueprints for accurate installation and troubleshooting.Perform boiler and chiller repairs as needed.Complete service calls throughout NYC efficiently and professionally.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC units and central plant HVAC systems.Experience with HVAC refrigeration, repair, and preventative maintenance.Skilled in the installation of HVAC systems, including piping, threading, brazing, and air conditioning units.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience in boiler and chiller repairs.Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certification.SST 10 certification (preferred, not required).Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Service calls throughout NYC. Work hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
