Responsibilities Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction.Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipmentAcquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC serviceCompletes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the officeAttend weekly training meetings Qualifications A high school diploma or GEDMinimum of five years of experience preferred in residential HVAC ServiceAbility to work Sunday – Thursday scheduleEPA CertificateAttention to detailValid Driver’s license, excellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include duct work, furnaces or materials
