Job Title: HVAC\/Sheet Metal Foreman\n

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Projects Division as an HVAC\/Sheet Metal Foreman for projects in Roanoke, Blacksburg, and surrounding areas. \n

In this role, you will be responsible for HVAC system installations on commercial construction projects including duct work, roof top units, VAV boxes, etc. You will also be responsible for onsite leadership, safety, accountability, support, and training of your crew.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nAbility to effectively and efficiently oversee projects $1,000,000+ with crew size of 10 or more\nExceptional communication and leadership skills, commitment, dedication, patience, and thorough knowledge of the HVAC\/Sheet Metal trade is key\nConsistently and regularly plan the installation in strict conformance with contract requirements and in accordance with company procedures\nProvide a safe job site for you and your crew to work. Uphold Moore's safety culture and procedures.\nMust be able to manage coordinated and pre-fabricated projects\nAbility to think on your feet and make decisions\nAbility to manage more than one job at a time\nAbility to handle stress and the pressure of the job\nBe a training supervisor and mentor for your team\nMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving record\n\n

Requirements:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of HVAC project leadership.\nJourneyman or Master card a plus.\nBasic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore experience a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.\nGood physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nCommitment to safety and following established protocols.\nPre-employment drug screen and background check will be performed.\n\n
