**Job Title: HVAC/Sheet Metal Installation** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled HVAC installers with expertise in Sheet Metal. The role involves bending, joining, hammering, and cutting sheet metal. You will be fabricating and installing ductwork in new and renovated commercial buildings based on blueprints. The position requires creating ductwork on-site and installing it according to construction documents. **Responsibilities** + Install HVAC ductwork with precision and adherence to blueprints. + Fabricate and build ductwork on-site for commercial buildings. + Work from construction documents to ensure proper installation. + Collaborate with other trades on-site to complete projects. + Ensure installations meet industry standards and safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + 2-3+ years of experience in HVAC ductwork installation. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + 2-3+ years of experience in commercial building projects. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to service HVAC systems and controls. + Capability to troubleshoot problems on existing equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where your skills and expertise are valued. The role involves installation of new HVAC systems while working alongside other trades. You will be part of a team of 2-10 partners, focusing on achieving daily goals. Required tools include a hammer, tape measure, screwdrivers (Phillips and Flat), tin snips, channel lock pliers, cordless drill, and cordless impact driver. If you do not have any of these tools, please let us know so we can address it. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
