**Job Title: HVAC Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the operations of our HVAC shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance, repair, and supervisory skills. This role involves managing schedules, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC and fire systems. **Responsibilities** + Supervise a team of 4-6 HVAC technicians. + Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repair services. + Oversee the performance management of team members. + Ensure compliance with EPA Universal standards. + Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery. **Essential Skills** + Supervisory experience in HVAC maintenance and repair. + EPA Universal certification. + Strong HVAC maintenance and repair skills. + Experience with preventive maintenance and fire systems. + Excellent scheduling and planning abilities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Performance management skills. + Experience in HVAC/R. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team where your skills and expertise will be valued.
