We boldly go. **Thrive at work and at home:** + **Benefits** kick in on **DAY ONE** for you _and_ your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – **WE DARE TO CARE** ! + **Family building benefits** include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance. + **401K** **match** up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to **8%** company contribution. + **Paid time off,** including in support of **volunteer** and **parental leave** needs. + Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with **tuition assistance** and **student debt support** . + Learn more about our benefits here (https://careers.tranetechnologies.com/global/en/benefits) ! **Where is the work:** This position is designated as **On-Site** . **Responsibilities:** + Provide leadership for the marketing and sales process via the development and implementation of coordinated local marketing and sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activity. + Champion the Intentional Sales Call process with AMs. Provide support for AM to create and execute Dealer Development Plans. + The Sales Leader will effectively utilize and adhere to the SMX Sales Cadence structure to keep the Sales team focused on all job role development and sales goals. + Sales Leader will utilize the Sales Force Automation (SFA) Tools to drive operational consistency within the sales organization. + The Sales Leader will utilize complete knowledge of SPX tools within SFA where applicable to drive focused growth and alignment to sales goals across the sales team. + Sales Leader will reinforce processes with support team members (Factory Service Reps and Inside Sales Team Members). + Sales Leader will focus on process improvement, alignment, and new process approaches with the entire organization. + The Sales Leader will effectively utilize employee development tools, as well as mentor and coach AM and Support Team members to ensure continued individual development. + Establish, monitor, and execute implementation plans for key objectives through TM coaching. Key objectives/metrics include Mix, Growth, New Dealer Development, Retail development plans, and technical excellence implementation and goals. + Responsible for developing key industry relationships within local markets. Key relationships include, but are not limited to, strategic builder alignment and independent HVAC-related Associations. Participation in related local events to support RNC/NOO/LCU growth. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. Four-year college degree or equivalent market experience. + 5 years of HVAC industry sales and/or marketing experience preferred + Overall knowledge of HVAC distribution and dealer sales, service, installation preferred + Experience in the development and execution of distribution and marketing plans and programs. This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive. **Total Compensation: $108,000- $251,500** **Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.** **_Disclaimer:_** **This base pay range is based on US national averages.
