Job Summary Maintains, repairs and Installs refrigeration, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems and units. Additional Responsibilities: Performs air balancing checks and air flow measurements using proper equipment. Maintains and adjusts independently operated specialized environmental air conditioning, humidity systems for proper climate control of hospital and laboratory computer systems, special procedure, and operating rooms. Operates and maintains centralized centrifugal/steam turbine/reciprocating/screw chillers and associated pumps. Troubleshoot, repair, HVAC controls (electronic, pneumatic and electric). Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC systems.
