Our client, a leader in the HVAC industry, is seeking a HVAC Tech Support to join their team. As a HVAC Tech Support, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting technicians in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HVAC Tech Support
**Location:** Londonderry, NH
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist plumbers and HVAC professionals over the phone to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
+ Provide technical support for Bosch client locations to ensure efficient system repairs.
+ Document customer interactions and technical issues for future reference.
+ Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ Stay updated on product knowledge and technical advancements in the HVAC field.
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
+ Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively assist customers.
+ Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and suggest solutions.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
+ Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
