Will maintain, repair, install & perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment such as air handler units, make-up air units, VAV boxes, fan coil units, fans and any other HVAC related equipment.Will be troubleshooting motors and motor control circuits.Will maintain, repair, install and perform preventative maintenance on all refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines and any other refrigeration related equipment.Will braze and solder copper pipe and fittings to make repairs to refrigeration lines.Will work with a building automation system specifically Metasys & Niagra.Inspects kitchen machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards and make any repairs or adjustments as needed.Design and implement plans for new installations.Coordinate and schedule outside contractors as needed.Adheres to departmental quality standards.Follows all safety rules.Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and proceduresMaintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.Reviews assigned work orders and determines work priorities.Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help out in other areas of the Facilities department when needed. High School Diploma or equivalent.Five (5) year of HVAC and refrigeration experience in hospitality or related field.Must be knowledgeable in the use of electrical test instruments such as a multi-meter.Must have an EPA Certification.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical tradesBasic computer skills.Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.Highly organized and detail-oriented.
