**Job Title: HVAC Technician $25-29/hour** **Job Description** - Repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units and systems, including refrigeration systems, pneumatic controls, steam traps, pressure regulators, steam separators, pumps, fans, motors, and related equipment. Periodically overhaul air conditioning and heating systems. - Inspect air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems and perform preventive maintenance by cleaning or changing filters, lubricating motors, and tightening belts to ensure serviceable condition of systems. - Install air conditioning (window units and central systems) and heating units, piping, pumps, motors, and refrigeration systems. - Assist trade personnel (plumbers, carpenters, electricians, etc.) in maintenance repairs and/or perform building maintenance. - Perform maintenance and repair of all HVAC-related equipment in campus management restaurants. **Hard Skills** + Repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units + Inspect and perform preventive maintenance + Install air conditioning and heating units + Assist trade personnel in maintenance repairs + Perform building maintenance **Work Environment** 1st shift position, 7:00am - 3:30pm. Responsibilities cover various parts of a 1,157-acre campus.
