Compensation: $30-35.00/hourLocation: Carlsbad, NMAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: Rotation, 14 days on / 14 days offBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), holidays and PTO Responsibilities Perform HVAC and Chiller field service calls in a timely mannerPerform HVAC and Chiller Preventive Maintenance on HVAC and Chiller unitsPerform needed repairs (Mechanical and electrical)Communicate with customers in professional mannerComplete required repair and time keeping paperwork Qualifications Has a minimum of 5 years of HVAC and Chiller repair experienceStrong comprehension of HVAC and Chiller controlsHold a valid and current Universal EPA Certification preferred, and be a State of Texas Registered TechnicianPossess Positive Safety Attitude and be willing to follow all company and plant safety proceduresKnowledge of ASHRAE regulationsHas basic reading, writing, and computer skillsPrioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlinesLift and/or move up to 50 poundsPerform job responsibilities with minimal supervisionShow up for work as scheduled and on time and work with others in a professional mannerHold a Valid Driver's LicensePreferred education: High School or GED
