**Job Title: HVAC/Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining a manufacturing facility in Fairfield, CA. The role involves preventative maintenance of HVAC units and various basic facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work. You will also be responsible for creating and completing work orders, taking notes and pictures, and liaising with vendors for tasks beyond your capabilities. **Responsibilities** + Conduct preventative maintenance of HVAC units. + Perform basic facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical work. + Take pictures, enter notes, and create and complete work orders. + Call vendors for assistance beyond technician capabilities. + Identify and sell add-on work. + Act as a liaison between our team and Amcor. + Perform fire extinguisher inspections. **Work Environment** Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with some flexibility. Overtime and on-call duties may be required.
