**HVAC Installer** **Job Description** Looking to add an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with specific expertise in refrigeration. The office is located in York, and candidates will either report to the shop in the morning or directly to a jobsite they have been working on previously. All projects are small commercial projects with existing customers, such as office buildings, retail stores, and restaurants. For example, there are upcoming projects with Starbucks stores that need servicing. HVAC Technicians must have experience with AC and Heating units, Air Handlers, Air Filters, Roof top units, running ductwork, troubleshooting, and diagnosing units. This includes working with heat pumps, boilers, furnaces, replacing old units, and installing new units. Individuals must be comfortable using ladders and accessing roofs. Ideally, candidates should live within 30-40 minutes from the shop and have at least 5 years of experience specifically in refrigeration.
