**Job Description**
Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment.
+ Perform corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance.
+ Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs.
+ Provide clear explanations of repair options and recommendations.
+ Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
+ Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns.
+ Clean, adjust, and calibrate HVAC components.
+ Perform system inspections and identify potential issues.
+ Understand advanced principles of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
+ Read schematics and technical manuals.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5-10 years’ experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician
+ CFC Certification required
+ Boiler, Chiller, and Cooling Tower experience necessary

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00
