Job Description
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC units in a food manufacturing facility. Key tasks include changing filters, testing and gauging refrigerant levels, using hand and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, and monitoring, inspecting, and repairing boilers. The role also involves repairing and replacing bearings and motors on HVAC equipment.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position with hours from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime is available and sometimes required. The facility is a food manufacturing environment, specifically dealing with mustard and vinegar, which may cause some areas to have associated odors. There are refrigerated areas, but the majority of the facility is not cold. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, a plain shirt, and a hair net/beard net when on the plant floor. The company employs over 100 people.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $83200.00
100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision.
