**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for installing and repairing gas boilers, providing HVAC system services, performing heating repairs, installing cooling systems, replacing and repairing furnaces, and repairing and installing oil-fired boilers in commercial environments. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year(s) of HVAC installation/service experience + Troubleshooting and diagnostics of electrical and mechanical components + Customer service oriented + Ability to travel to various locations for work **Why Work Here?** The company has been in business for over 30 years, providing exceptional service to the Capital Region and beyond. Depending on your experience level, you may ride to job sites with a lead technician who will show you the ropes until you're comfortable performing work on your own. Everyone reports to the shop to start the day, receive work orders, and then head out in a company vehicle. You will interact with customers, so being presentable and professional is a requirement. The work is 50% commercial and 50% residential (new construction). The standard shift is Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with potential overtime and on-call duties once a month. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schenectady, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
