**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician** **Job Description** As an HVAC Service Technician, you will troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems, perform preventive maintenance, and replace defective parts. You will act as a trusted adviser to recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades to our customers while discussing pricing, value, and advantages. Building strong customer relationships and understanding their needs is crucial. The job involves working outside, so weather conditions must be taken into consideration. You will be part of teams consisting of 1-6 people. The dress code includes work boots, jeans, and a company shirt. Projects include working on warehouses, schools, retirement facilities, car dealerships, and strip malls.
