Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in wiring exhaust fans and furnaces and will perform general repair and maintenance of electrical systems. Responsibilities include assisting in the installation, testing, and repair of doorbells, buzzers, fire alarm and security systems, thermostats, lighting fixtures, and communication systems. Additionally, the role requires stripping insulation from wire ends using wire stripping pliers. The candidate must be customer service-oriented and capable of leading a crew of 2-3 apprentices or electrical helpers, as well as staying organized, filing reports, and managing inventory.

Work Environment
The position is field-based, working in commercial office buildings, including new construction, build-outs, and remodels. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a half-hour lunch break.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00
