Responsibilities:Service and Troubleshoot: Diagnose and repair HVAC units, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.Support Other Divisions: Assist with tasks such as concrete restoration, general labor work, and landscaping, contributing to the overall success of our various projects and initiatives.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an EPA Universal certified technician, demonstrating a strong track record in the field.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial HVAC units.Versatility: Ability to support other divisions with diverse tasks, showcasing a well-rounded skill set and a collaborative spirit.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00
