**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **WEEKLY PAY: Up to 100k Yearly Pay** **Job Description** The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC system malfunctions, performing both preventive and reactive maintenance, and supporting the upkeep of climate-controlled environments. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills, duct design, and installation experience. The ability to address complex issues and optimize system performance will be critical. Travel will primarily be limited to locations within Texas, specifically Cedar Park, with out-of-state travel being rare and only when necessary. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the internal facilities department and contractors for cross-support. + Assist in various departments and perform necessary repairs. + Perform preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems. + Support all HVAC functions at various Texas sites. **Essential Skills** + 5-10 years of installation of RTUs & split-systems & duct layouts configuration. + 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems & Refrigeration maintenance. + High-level troubleshooter of HVAC systems and Refrigeration systems schematics for operations and repair. + EPA universal certification. + Ability to work independently. + Strong communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Expert troubleshooter on HVAC and refrigeration systems and control systems ranging from 5 tons to 100 tons. + Experience with plumbing is a plus. + Experience with vacuum pump systems and compressed air systems (CDA). + Experience with Building Automation System (BAS) troubleshooting. + Ability to operate and handle machinery and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair. + Strong organizational skills and ability to keep accurate service and maintenance records. + Maintain a safe work environment by documenting and correcting potential safety issues concerning assembly and material-handling equipment or the facility. **Why Work Here?** This is a direct hire opportunity that offers high pay and the possibility for relocation assistance.
