**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** The Mechanical HVAC Technician performs inspections, adjustments, maintenance, installation, and replacement of Mechanical, HVAC, and Refrigeration systems according to manufacturer’s recommendations, departmental, and GMP standards. Provides general repairs, calibrations, and maintenance of all Facilities of Mechanical, HVAC, and Refrigeration related equipment. Provides general facility inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Shares calibration responsibilities with Equipment Tech and vendors. Assists Facility Sr. Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility and its systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform inspections, adjustments, maintenance, installation, and replacement of Mechanical, HVAC, and Refrigeration systems. + Provide general repairs, calibrations, and maintenance of all Facilities of Mechanical, HVAC, and Refrigeration related equipment. + Conduct general facility inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. + Share calibration responsibilities with Equipment Tech and vendors. + Assist Facility Sr. Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility and its systems. **Essential Skills** + **5 years** of experience in maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems. + Journeyman HVAC or equivalent experience + Ability to diagnose malfunctions, determine corrective action, and perform appropriate repairs. + Skill in performing inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance of Mechanical, HVAC, and Refrigeration systems. + Proficiency in performing calibrations on temperature monitoring and refrigeration equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with welding and boiler systems. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Knowledge of facilities maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Our organization offers a 403(b) and Profit-Sharing Plan, affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage, and corporate-sponsored events such as Chili Cook-Off, 5K, and Celebration of Life Gala.
