**HVAC Technician** **Pay** : $25 - $32/hour **Location** : York, PA. Travel within a 1-hour radius of shop. **Shift** : Monday - Friday. First Shift. Full - Time **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician with experience in oil systems, refrigeration, and commercial refrigeration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including oil-fired systems. + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC and refrigeration equipment. + Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently. + Replace and repair worn or defective parts in HVAC and refrigeration systems. **Essential Skills** + Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician with oil experience, refrigeration, and commercial refrigeration. + Familiarity with HVAC blueprints and schematics. + Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration system operations and mechanics. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. + EPA certification for handling refrigerants. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficient in using power and hand tools for HVAC and refrigeration installation and repair. + Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work in various environments and weather conditions. + 5+ years of HVAC experience in refrigeration. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
