**Immediate Hiring for HVAC Technicians!!!!!!!!!!** **Job Description** This position offers a long-term opportunity with a direct hire to the company. We are seeking an HVAC Technician with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in residential new construction and residential service. The company plans to expand into commercial work soon. Candidates should be flexible and comfortable learning additional skills such as electrical and plumbing. Basic knowledge in these areas is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading, hand and power tools, mini splits, and heat pumps is essential. **PAY** + $25-$30 an hour **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repair, service, and installation. + Work with boilers, air conditioning systems, and sheet metal. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Handle residential HVAC and construction tasks. + Learn and apply skills in electrical and plumbing. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of HVAC experience. + Experience with mini splits and heat pumps. + Proficient in boiler systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Skilled with hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic knowledge of electrical systems. + Basic knowledge of plumbing systems. + Experience in residential construction is a plus. + Longevity and commitment to a long-term role. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a long-term opportunity with direct hire from day one.
