As an HVAC Technician, you will monitor performance of electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, building repair maintenance systems. This role requires candidates to be in current possession of an HVAC license.

Performs regular maintenance on heating and cooling units. Diagnoses mechanical and electrical malfunctions, installs, replaces, or repairs damaged equipment, and calibrates thermostatic controls. Installs new heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems; repair and replace damaged or worn heating. Inspects and observes pressure of liquids and vapors with HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments; maintains the chilled and hot water supply Interprets building codes and regulations as they relate to HVAC. Valid driver’s license required for operation of company vehicles. All other duties as assigned. More about you Minimum of four years’ experience in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration. HVAC Universal 608 certification required. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate company vehicles in inclement weather. Physical requirements Ability to lift at least 70 pounds frequently. Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, repetitive motion and use of hands. Ability to work at various heights, including frequent use of a ladder and work in crawlspace. Ability to work outside in various and changing climates including sun, heat, wind, cold, rain and snow.
