Job Description
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing, and mechanical layouts. Service technicians work on everything from window air conditioning units to chillers, boilers, and rooftop units.

The shift is Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, but this may vary based on project requirements. You will be working on new build projects such as medical offices, commercial properties like restaurants, breweries, stores, as well as multifamily and mixed-use apartment complexes. Candidates will either report directly to the job site or to the company shop and must have reliable transportation to get to various locations on short notice. The dress code includes work pants/shirts and Steel Toe boots. PPE such as hard hats, vests, and glasses will be provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
