**Job Title: HVAC Technician** **Job Description** Currently looking for an experienced HVAC installer or service technician. The opening can be catered to either new install or service work depending on what the candidate is skilled at or prefers to do. Experience with geothermal HVAC is not required as it constitutes only about 15% of the job. **Responsibilities** + Install new HVAC units in residential and commercial settings + Perform troubleshooting and repair services on existing HVAC systems + Conduct regular maintenance and service work on HVAC units + Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects + Adhere to safety protocols and standards during all installations and service calls **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience, with a strong preference for 5-10+ years of experience + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems + Experience with installation of HVAC units + Basic understanding of geothermal HVAC (training will be provided if necessary) + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + HVAC certification or relevant technical training + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation **Why Work Here?** Join a small, growing company with a family-owned feel.
